Are you a night owl or an early bird? When is your brain most engaged and energized in the day? If you are like me, my brain tends to shut down sometime after dinner, which makes it hard for me to finish the dishes and clean the kitchen. All my mind wants to do is relax with my kids before they go to bed.
In my last post, I talked about goal setting, and how good of an idea it is to make goals every day, some of which can be really small so long as you are achieving SOMETHING every day.
