One goal at a time

In my last post, I talked about goal setting, and how good of an idea it is to make goals every day, some of which can be really small so long as you are achieving SOMETHING every day.

One of my goals is to get more physically fit.  And now that my kids are in school this year, I can finally work on that.  Here is the perfect idea: Sign up for a gym membership that offers aerobic classes.  If you are like me, just promising myself to go to the gym is not going to be enough to get me there.  But if I’m committed to a class every week, I will be more likely to not only go, but enjoy myself in the process!
