Last time I touched on how mindfulness can help us live a full life by staying in the moment. This doesn’t mean however that we can’t think about the future and our possibilities. One of the goals I set for myself this year was to achieve the highest level of fitness I’ve ever had. To do this I knew I would need some help, and that’s where FitnessBootCampAA came in!
But how did I even get here? To set a goal of being in the best shape of my life? Well, in some ways, thinking about the future is a good thing! It can help us direct where we want to go and who we want to become. This video really gets to the point. It’s a source of inspiration for me and is partially what helped me decide what goals to set for myself.
